Organisational Design
At Slipstream we believe that one of the most important elements of any business is the organisational design of the company. Whatever the size of the Company, as you grow, or reduce in size it is inevitable that the organisational structure will need to change from time to time. It may be the best way forward for the business for a whole host of reasons; for example to take into account the ever changing demands of your customers; or some new technology which changes processes; or even a new product or service offering. The Transfer of Undertakings Regulations (TUPE) is complex and needs to be managed carefully to avoid adverse litigation. Slipstream HR Services has the expertise to assist you through this process. If redundancy is necessary we will help to ensure it is managed in accordance with legislative requirements, but just as importantly we will assist you in looking for ways to avoid compulsory redundancy.
